Television Service Agreement & Terms of Service

This Television Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Breda Tech, LLC (the "Company") and the customer (the "Customer"). By activating the television service, the customer agrees to all terms outlined below.

1. Legality of Service

COMPLIANCE WITH LAW: Breda Tech, LLC provides television streaming and/or broadcasting services in full compliance with all applicable local, state, federal and international laws.
AUTHORIZED ACCESS: All content, channels, and media streams provided through the service are sourced from authorized distributors and legal licensing agreements.
PROHIBITED USE: The Customer agrees to use the service strictly for personal, non-commercial use (unless otherwise agreed upon in writing) and will not pirate, re-stream, or illegally distribute the feed.

2. No-Refund Policy (Non-Refundable Once Activated)

ACTIVATION DEFINED: "Activation" occurs the moment the service is turned on, login credentials are provided, or equipment is provisioned to the Customer's account.
STRICT NON-REFUNDABILITY: Due to the digital nature of the service and the immediate consumption of content, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once the service is activated, no refunds, credits, or prorated reinstatements will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

Customer change of mind
Local internet connectivity issues or insufficient bandwidth
Customer device incompatibility
Unused portion of a subscription period

3. Service Availability and Support

The Company strives to maintain 100% service uptime. However, the Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party internet service providers, power outages, or scheduled maintenance.
Technical support is available to assist with setup and troubleshooting but does not waive the non-refundable nature of the activated service.

4. Acknowledgment and Authorization

By completing the payment process, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. The Customer explicitly acknowledges that the service is legal and that all payments are entirely non-refundable once activation has occured.
